HGSI -Inflatable Grout Packers
Adopts an inflatable airbag structure. After all piles are driven by the pile shoe, each individual packer is inflated with compressed gas or liquid. Once inflated, the packer forms an airbag to create a seal capable of supporting grouting, thereby realizing first-stage grouting. After grout is injected, the inflation pressure is maintained by a check valve. The packer shall remain inflated for at least 8 hours.
HGSS- Passive Grout Packers
Adopts a rubber vulcanized structure, suitable for grouting sealing in small gaps or wind turbine piles. It is classified into different types based on specific applications.
