GROUT PACKER 

The HGSI Grout Packer provides a fast and reliable seal for grouting the jacket/pile. The grout packer is suitable for piles of most sizes and is typically installed in pile boots with a diameter roughly the same as the skirt pile jacket legs.

The HGSI Grout Packer is inflated with compressed gas or liquid for each individual device after the pile boots are driven into all piles. Once inflated, the packer forms an airbag, creating a seal that supports grouting, thus achieving the first stage of grouting. After the grout is injected, the inflation pressure is maintained by a check valve.

The packers will remain inflated for at least 8 hours, allowing the grout in the annulus to solidify. The inflation line is typically connected from the control panel at the top of the jacket to the inflation elements along the pile legs (internally or externally).

Our grout packers should be able to withstand a continuous grouting at least 1.5 times the design grouting height without any leakage, meeting the installation and use of various specifications of jacket piles.
